Well here it is a new blog on a new platform suggested by cousin Tim aarfie.com should you need web services etc, I know a shameless plug. Anyway it will take me a while to fiddle to get this right as time seems to escape me. I’ll tell you its no wonder that retired folk seem happy as they have the time to do stuff.

Anyway back to me, well I’m recovered enough from my bout of labyrinthitis to say that I am over it, and let me say I’m well and truly over it because it is a bastard of a disease, not only do get dizzy, sick and tired, weight creeps on you as your less mobile, what a bugger. Anyway back to low carbs and less wine, I know hard to believe but it has to be.
